  • Acted as settlement counsel lead contact for thousands of lawsuits, providing strategic guidance on approval of drafting instructions and compromise settlement agreements
  • Analyzed document production of over 4 million documents, providing strategic guidance on discovery responses in patent infringement cases involving wireless cell phone technologies
