  • Defended a South Dakota furniture manufacturer and trucking company in a personal injury case
  • Defended a private Texas university in two wrongful death claims, each brought by the parents of students, ultimately securing summary judgment rulings in both cases for the school
  • Defended a private golf course community association in a wrongful death claim brought by the family of a participant in a golf tournament, ultimately securing a summary judgment ruling for the course
  • Defended a bar against personal injury claim brought by customer for injuries caused by an off-duty employee
  • Defended a restaurant against a property damage claim brought by patrons whose vehicle was stolen from the restaurant parking lot
  • Defended several bars in dram shop personal injury cases
  • Defended a bar in a dram shop case brought by a driver, who was injured by a patron served at the bar
  • Defended an auto dealership against a personal injury claim arising from an accident in a dealership-owned vehicle
  • Defended a real estate partnership against a construction defect case brought by a homeowner
  • Defended a vehicle leasing company against a claim brought by a lessor arising out of the leasing paperwork which affected the value of the leased vehicle
  • Defended engineers against professional liability cases brought by owners of multi-family residential developments and landfill developments
  • Defended hunting guide service against claim brought by guest of hunter for injuries associated with contact made with a zebra
  • Defended construction safety company against wrongful death claim brought by worker's family for fall from commercial construction site
  • Defended numerous drivers of vehicles in claims brought by injured parties
  • Defended individuals in fraternity hazing cases brought by individuals and families of students
