Pete Meeker is an experienced general practitioner with concentrations in transactional law as well as estate planning & probate law. Pete is also skilled in overseeing all facets of small business law, from the entity’s creation to its eventual exit.
Representative Experience

- Represented a small business in the establishment of a succession plan that would ensure a smooth transition upon the owner’s death, disability or divorce
