Robert Spurck

Robert Spurck practices in the area of insurance coverage, bad faith, and general litigation and has experience in a variety of litigation matters, including first and third party insurance disputes, personal injury, defense, property owners’ association claims, bond and lien claims, collection actions, breach of contract, deceptive trade practice claims, employment claims and business tort litigation.

In addition, Robert has experience in drafting wills, will codicils, and other probate documents as well as negotiating and drafting various contracts and formation documents, including contracts for services, lease agreements, entity formation documents, and basic financial forms.

  • Represented insurer in the resolution of hurricane lawsuits
  • Represented businesses as well as individuals in breach of contract, deceptive trade practice claims, employment claims and business tort litigation
  • Obtained summary judgment and significant award for client in a contract dispute
  • Successfully defended a breach of contract case at a bench trial
  • Secured favorable settlement for nursing home in a breach of contract and fraud case
  • Obtained dismissal of breach of contract/fraud case on jurisdictional grounds on behalf of a Korean corporation
  • Successfully obtained Temporary Restraining Orders and Temporary Injunctions on behalf of businesses as well as individuals
