Founding Director of Davis & Wright Has Also Been Invited to Join the Prestigious Council on Litigation Management
(Austin, TX) June 16, 2010 – Just as he did 25 years ago when he started the firm, David M. Davis of Davis & Wright is attracting the attention of his peers with his passion and knowledge.
The latest recognitions come from the Round Table Group (RTG) and the Council on Litigation Management (CLM).
The Round Table Group is an expert witness consulting service that connects “industry experts, corporate executives and academics with litigators building their cases.” The Wall Street Journal, which has profiled Round Table Group twice, called RTG “one of the few firms of true value for high profile companies seeking intellectual expertise.”
“It is a tremendous honor to be included with thousands of other experts in their respective fields,” said Davis. “But I am far from the only attorney at D&W who should be included in this directory. We are fortunate to have a wealth of intellectual capital at the firm, a fact that is borne out by the many satisfied clients that have remained loyal to us through the years.”
Davis’s other honor involved the CLM, which is a nonpartisan alliance of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, general counsel, risk managers, claims adjusters and attorneys. Attorneys and firms “must be nominated based on reputation and may become members by invitation only.”
Through education and collaboration, the Council’s goals are “to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.”
